  Would human settlement of Mars invalidate Bible prophecy?

  i don't think this topic has been discussed before but yesterday i read something to the effect that trump wants a human mission to mars to be completed within his presidency.. with that being said, the watchtower teaches that what started on earth ends on earth, in other words, the fall of adam and eve would end with the passing of the 1,000 year millennial reign when christ destroys all his enemies, rebellious "perfect" humans, and the devil and his demons who are let out the abyss for a short while.

  he then hands the kingdom back to his father.

  an elder in my old congregation once told us during a public talk that he was an ardent astronomer but then referenced the scripture where it says, "the earth he has given to the sons of men" (psalms 115:16).

  Very interesting question and reference, I never thought of that one. Maybe the Watchtower will just revise it's "new understanding" on that?

  Yes they are deluded when it comes to what love is. But that's what the watchtower does. It manipulates the brain and stripes you of what it is to be human by teaching you how to turn on and turn off love. It is so you serve the governing body.

  don't know which saturday it is but it's an open house for the surrounding community.

  while on the your tour group , ask tough questions about the organization's policies on pedophiles and shunning.

  do this as a concerned citizen and not a "raging apostate" .

  Hi Blondie, well it looks like they are trying to teach their followers that unconditional love is neither the right view nor the practical way of seeing things. Members must always be ready to disconnect from family and friends when ready.

  How many in your generation are still JW???

  how many in your age group are still jehovahs witnesses?

  from where we are at, there aren't many left.

  each year it gets smaller and smaller haha .

  Hey Simon that's a good point. Many people did leave over time but for some reason I guess I didn't pay too much attention to it. I just thought they would come back or they just wanted to live a bad life.
